Refund Policy

If the E3X doesn't work out with your setup, we'd rather refund you than have you stuck with it.

14-day window

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue it, no interrogation. Write to [email protected] from your purchase email, or reply to your order receipt.

How it's processed

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; refunds are issued to your original payment method by them, typically within 5–10 business days.

What happens to the license

A refunded license key is disabled. Machines activated with it lose their activation the next time the software checks in with the license service, and the software will no longer connect to a simulator. Uninstall it at your convenience.

Consumers in the EU and UK

You may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Downloading or activating the E3X within that period starts performance with your consent. Our 14-day refund policy above applies to you regardless, so in practice you are covered either way.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway — if a bug on our side is blocking you, we'll make it right.
