These terms cover use of emrelia.com and the Emrelia E3X software, products of Emrelia LLC. By using the site or the software you agree to them.
Who we are
Emrelia LLC is a Colorado limited liability company (Colorado Secretary of State ID 20261953065), United States. Contact: [email protected].
License
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the E3X on up to 2 machines you control. The software is licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer it, and you may not circumvent its license activation. Commercial use in training devices or other commercial settings requires a separate agreement — contact [email protected]. The software is also governed by the end-user license agreement presented at installation; where the two overlap, that agreement controls the software and these terms control the site.
Simulation only
The E3X is entertainment and simulation software. It is not an aviation navigation product, is not certified by any aviation authority, and must never be used for real-world flight planning or navigation.
Third-party trademarks
Emrelia E3X is an independent product of Emrelia LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garmin Ltd. or its affiliates. G3X Touch™ is a trademark of Garmin Ltd. Other names are the property of their respective owners.
Data sources
The E3X presents data from government and open sources. See data attributions. Data may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong; see "Simulation only" above.
Warranty & liability
The software and the site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emrelia LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
Purchases
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their terms of sale apply to the transaction. Refunds per our refund policy. A refunded license is disabled.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these terms — for example by redistributing the software or circumventing activation — after notice to your purchase email where practical. You may stop using the software at any time. The "Simulation only", "Warranty & liability", and "Governing law" sections survive termination.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Material changes affecting purchased licenses will be announced to your purchase email. Continued use of the site or software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Export and sanctions
You may not use or export the software in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws, and you represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions and are not on any government restricted-party list.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes protections you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, the end-user license agreement, the privacy policy, and the refund policy are the entire agreement between you and Emrelia LLC about the site and the software.
